La-Z-Boy Air Lumbar Manager Office Chair

This was a breeze to put together. The upholstery is very soft, yet with a very durable feel. I was a bit worried about the beige color, but it turns out that it looks luxurious and adds class to my office. The chair has a good range up and down, which fits each piece of furniture that I might be using (desk, file cabinet, etc.) The lumbar support seems to be really good and does provide a higher degree of support than a normal manager's chair.
